Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on trendsseason.site. They are written to be read, not to be survived. Where a clause restates a legal right you already have, we say so rather than dressing it up as a concession.

1. Who you are contracting with

TRENDS SEASON SARL, a Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL) whose registered office is at 34 Boulevard Chasseigne, 86000 Poitiers, France, trading as Sublimé. Full registration details are on the legal notice page. Contact: support@trendsseason.site, +33 7 63 04 90 75, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET (closed on French public holidays).

2. What we sell

Two things, priced separately: a polyester blank, and the service of printing your artwork onto it by dye-sublimation. We do not sell garment designs, and we do not hold printed stock — every printed piece is made after you order it.

The physical limits of the process are described in detail at process limits and form part of the description of the goods. Placing an order confirms you have had the opportunity to read them.

3. Placing an order

  1. Configure a piece in the studio: blank, base colour, size, print specification, quantity and artwork.
  2. Review the quote, the measured gamut coverage, the lead time and the cancellation deadline.
  3. Add it to your cart and go to checkout.
  4. Give us your details and tick the two required declarations — the intellectual-property declaration and the acknowledgement of how withdrawal applies to printed items. Both are checked again on our server.
  5. Complete payment. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline an order where the artwork breaches our artwork rules, where the configuration is technically impossible, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. If we decline, you are refunded in full.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in euros and include French VAT at the applicable rate. The blank price and the printing surcharge are shown separately and are added together before any discount.
  • Quantity tiers are a volume discount within a single order, applied to the combined per-piece figure: 12–23 −8%, 24–47 −14%, 48–99 −20%, 100+ −26%. They are not a membership, a subscription or a loyalty scheme, and nothing recurs. Every tier is published at pricing and tiers.
  • Tier pricing is calculated on our server and displayed by the browser. The price you are shown at checkout is the price we charge.
  • Where a reference price is shown struck through, it is the price of the same configuration at the 1–11 tier — a real price we charge, not an inflated figure invented for the comparison.
  • Delivery is charged at €6.90 and is included on orders over €120.00. See delivery.
  • A sample piece costs €9.00 in addition to the piece itself, and that fee is credited in full against the full order when you confirm it.
  • Orders of 100 pieces or more are handled as a quoted request rather than through checkout.

5. Your artwork

  • You keep all rights in it. We acquire none.
  • You confirm you are entitled to use it. Our artwork rules form part of these terms.
  • You grant us the limited licence needed to store, review, prepare and print it for your order, and for nothing else. We do not use it for marketing, case studies, portfolio work or the training of any model.
  • Indemnity. If a third party brings a claim against us arising from artwork you supplied, you agree to indemnify us against that claim and the reasonable costs of defending it. Our review is a filter, not a warranty that your file is lawful.
  • Files are held under the conditions in our personal-data notice and deleted after 90 days.

6. Production and lead times

Lead times are given in working days and start when your artwork is approved at review, not when you pay. The quoted range covers review and production and excludes carriage. The figure shown in the studio and at checkout is our honest estimate for the configuration in front of you; if anything is going to run late we tell you before the original date, not after.

7. Cancellation and withdrawal

Set out in full at withdrawal, cancellation and returns. In summary:

  • Unprinted blanks: the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
  • Printed pieces: made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. L221-28 3° Code de la consommation).
  • Before printing: you may cancel in full, for any reason, within 24 hours of checkout or until the piece enters the press, whichever comes first. Full refund, delivery included.
  • Always: a fault, a wrong print, a wrong specification or a wrong item is replaced, reprinted or refunded — personalisation changes nothing about that.

8. Guarantees

The garantie légale de conformité (art. L217-3 ff. Code de la consommation) and the garantie des vices cachés (art. 1641 ff. Code civil) apply to every sale, including custom-printed pieces. Neither can be excluded or limited by these terms. See legal guarantees.

9. Payment

Payment is taken in euros at the time of order through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. See payment and security. Ownership of the goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

10. Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of this contract in accordance with article L221-15 of the Code de la consommation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for loss arising from artwork you were not entitled to supply, from a specification you chose after being warned it was unsuitable, or from a delay caused by a matter genuinely outside our control.

11. Extended producer responsibility

Textiles placed on the French market fall under the TLC extended-producer- responsibility scheme (Refashion (filière TLC — textiles, linge de maison, chaussures)). Our unique identifier (IDU) is being issued and will be published here and on the sorting page as soon as we have it. Sorting and recycling information, including the Triman marking, is at sorting and recycling.

12. Complaints, mediation and disputes

Write to us first — most things are settled in a single email. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, and to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. See complaints and mediation.

13. Applicable law

French law governs these terms and any contract formed under them. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your own country's law. Nothing here deprives you of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and we keep a dated copy of each version. This version is dated 12 August 2026.

15. Age

Orders may be placed by adults with legal capacity to contract. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly sell to them.
