What this site stores in your browser
The short version: no advertising cookies, no audience-measurement script, no social widgets, no third-party tags of any kind. What is stored is stored because the shop cannot function without it.
1. The complete list
| Key | Type | What it does | Lifetime | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| sublime.cart.v1 | Session storage | Holds the pieces you have configured — blank, specification, quantity, measured gamut figures and the server-issued artwork reference. Never the artwork itself. | Until you close the tab | Not required — strictly necessary |
| sublime.cookie-choice.v1 | Local storage | Remembers the answer you gave the banner, so we stop asking. | 6 months | Not required — records a legal obligation |
That is the whole list. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heat-mapping, no embedded video from a third-party platform, and no font loaded from a server that would see your address. Fonts are served from this site.
2. Why there is still a banner
Strictly necessary storage is exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and CNIL guidance, so on the current configuration we could legitimately show nothing at all. We show a banner anyway for one reason: so that your answer is on record before any optional audience measurement could ever be introduced. If that day comes, the default is off, and it stays off for anyone who declined.
3. Refusing is exactly as easy as accepting
CNIL requires that refusal be as simple as acceptance — same level, same size, same prominence, no dark patterns, nothing pre-ticked, and no penalty for saying no. The two buttons on our banner are identical in every respect except their label. There is no “manage my 412 partners” maze behind either of them, because there are no partners.
4. Changing your mind
Clear this site's storage in your browser settings and the banner will ask again on your next visit. Because nothing optional is currently loaded, either answer produces exactly the same browsing experience today.
5. Server logs
Our host keeps standard technical logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and to keep the service running. They are not used to profile visitors and are retained for a short period by the host.
