Edge to edge.Into the fibre, not onto it.

Full-colour sublimation printing on polyester blanks. Upload a file and the studio measures, colour by colour, how much of it this process can actually reproduce — and shows you that number before it shows you a price.

Why this shop reads differently

Most print shops tell you what they can do. The interesting information is the other list — and it is the one that decides whether you are happy when the box arrives.

We do not sell garment designs. We sell the printing: you bring the artwork, we press it into polyester, and every physical limit of that process is published before you reach a checkout. No claim on this site is one we cannot evidence — you will not find a promise of perfect colour matching, of a print that never fades, or of a fabric that takes anything.

  • Polyester content published on every blank
  • Seam-whitening risk graded and photographed
  • Colour gamut measured from your own file
  • Every quantity tier published, no hidden ladder
02

Four limits we put in front of you, not behind you

Dye sublimation is chemistry, and chemistry has edges. These four are the reason most complaints happen, so they are the first thing on the site rather than a paragraph at the bottom of a returns page.

The same violet gradient pressed onto three fabric squares: vivid on 100% polyester, noticeably paler on a poly-cotton blend, and almost invisible on cotton.
01

Polyester only, and here is why

Disperse dye bonds to polyester and to nothing else. On cotton it has nothing to hold on to, so it washes straight back out. Below 65% polyester we will not sell you an all-over print at all, and below 50% we will not sublimate the blank in any form.

The same pale geometric pattern printed on a cream panel where it reads clearly, and on a dark charcoal panel where it has almost disappeared.
02

Light substrates only

The dye is translucent. It can darken cloth but it can never lighten it, which means a pale shape on a dark blank simply does not appear. Choose a dark base in the studio and the preview greys out everything the process would lose.

Macro photograph of a printed polyester seam where the violet colour thins to fine white speckling along the stitch line and inside the fold.
03

Seams whiten. Here is how much

Where fabric folds or doubles, the heat press cannot reach it, and the colour thins to a fine white speckle. Underarms, side seams, hoods and cuffs all do it. It is a property of the process, not a defect — so we photograph it rather than retouch it out.

A printed colour-proof chart of violet and neutral patches, with four patches marked out in fluorescent magenta as unreachable.
04

The gamut is narrower than your screen

Your monitor is backlit and can hit colours no dye can. Fluorescents, the most saturated blues and violets, and a true black are all beyond the process. The studio measures your file against that limit and shows you the areas at risk before you pay.

The control strip

One patch on that strip is a colour no press can hit. We use it, everywhere on this site, to mark the colours yours cannot hit either.

03

The studio, in five steps

Everything that decides whether you are happy — fibre, substrate, seams, gamut, price and your cancellation deadline — is settled inside these five steps, before any money moves.

  1. 1

    Pick a blank

38 pieces, each with its polyester content and seam risk published.

  2. 2

    Pick a print spec

Four ways to lay the file down. Incompatible ones are disabled with the reason shown.

  3. 3

    Upload artwork

Resolution, dimensions and colour gamut are all measured on the spot.

  4. 4

    Place it

Drag, or type exact coordinates. Seam-whitening zones are drawn over the preview.

  5. 5

    Review

Unit price, tier, total, lead time and your cancellation deadline, in one panel.

Measured, not illustrated

The gamut figure is computed from the pixels of your own file in your own browser. The file itself goes to a private bucket, never to local storage.

Keyboard equivalent

Everything you can drag, you can also type: exact X, Y, scale and rotation, with arrow-key nudging and a written description of the preview.

07

Evidence instead of testimonials

We have not been trading long enough under this brand to publish a wall of verified customer reviews, and inventing them would be both illegal and beneath the point of this shop. So here is the evidence itself.

Two squares of the same sublimation-printed polyester side by side: the left crisp and new, the right slightly softened and marginally lighter after repeated laundering.
Wash testLeft: new. Right: the same panel after repeated laundering. Because the dye is inside the fibre rather than sitting on it, there is nothing to crack or peel — but it is still a dye, and it still loses a little strength with time and light. We are not going to tell you it never fades.
Seam whitening, unretouchedThe single most common complaint in this trade, filmed rather than explained away. Panel-cut printing largely removes it; every other spec shows it to some degree, graded per blank.
