Front + back printing

Two separate flat areas, pressed in two passes. The shoulder seam between them stays plain, so nothing has to line up across it.

What this spec actually does

  • 01

Two independent files, or the same file twice. Numbers on the back and a design on the chest is the usual combination.

  • 02

Because the two areas never meet, there is no registration problem and no seam to match across.

  • 03

On single-layer flag cloth this spec adds an opaque interlining so the two faces read independently.

Important — Seam behaviour

Low seam risk. Both areas sit inside flat panels; shoulders and sides stay unprinted.

Seam whitening is a property of heat-pressing made-up cloth, not a manufacturing fault, so it is not grounds for a return on its own. We grade it per blank and photograph it so that nobody is surprised. See it up close.

Blanks that take front + back printing

28 of the 38 blanks in the catalogue. The remaining 10 are excluded by their construction or their fibre content, and the configurator will not offer this spec on them.
