Sublimation Tee Poly-Cotton 65/35

A softer hand than pure polyester, bought at the cost of colour. We stock it because some people want the washed-out look — not because it prints better.

Important — Read before ordering

35% cotton. Cotton fibres take almost no sublimation dye, so the printed result lands roughly 20–30% lighter than the same file on 100% polyester, with a softer, faded look. Choose this blank only if you want that effect.

How it takes the dye

Polyester content
65% — the remaining 35% takes no disperse dye, so colour lands roughly 32% lighter than the same file on a 100% polyester blank.
Fibre composition
65% polyester, 35% cotton
Weight
160 g/m²
Printable area
Whole garment, front, back and sleeves.
Seam whitening

Low. Few overlapping layers, so the press reaches almost everything. Expect a clean, even result across the piece.
