Unretouched macro — front panel on polyester

What this spec actually does

  • 01

The press meets one flat layer of fabric, so density is even edge to edge and the boundary stays crisp.

  • 02

If your artwork has fine type, thin rules or a hard-edged logo of your own, this is the spec that keeps them sharp.

  • 03

The only spec available on the cap, because only the front panel is flat enough to press.

Important — Seam behaviour

Lowest seam risk of the four. The print sits inside the flat panel and touches no seam.

Seam whitening is a property of heat-pressing made-up cloth, not a manufacturing fault, so it is not grounds for a return on its own. We grade it per blank and photograph it so that nobody is surprised. See it up close.

Blanks that take front panel printing

37 of the 38 blanks in the catalogue. The remaining 1 are excluded by their construction or their fibre content, and the configurator will not offer this spec on them.
